At Nobó we care deeply about quality. For us, quality is a matter of taste, texture, and balance. We are always looking for a unique flavour, a surprising texture, and balance between not just these too but also with the world. We use the best ingredients we can find, organic if they are available, and dairy-free of course.
We are fortunate that our efforts and commitment have been recognised by others:
- In 2018 Nobó’s creamy choc Orange, Irish Sea Salt, and the original Smooth and Creamy won a one-star rating in the prestigious Great Taste Awards,
- In a taste test amongst children, Nobó’s ice cream was given a 5 star rating and named the ‘stone cold winner’ [The Sunday Times, 20/03/16]
- Nobó’s Fresh Lemon ice cream was awarded the prestigious 3 Gold Stars at the Great Taste Awards 2014. It was also judged as one of the top 50 foods in the UK and Ireland.
- The Irish Design Institute awarded Nobó with the award for ‘Best Food Packaging 2014’. Credit goes to our incredibly talented designer, John Nolan.
These awards are a wonderful recognition for our passion and hard work to create the best tasting creamy chocolate and ice cream.
